GreenVisits Terms Of The Service.

Rules related to users.

   - We welcome everyone to register in the system, and we don't limit members age or place of their living.
   - After registration you'll receive the opportunity to register your site(s) for participation in a free of charge exchange of visits system or you can purchase targeted or non targeted visits.
   - After registering a new site, or changing a URL, the site will be manually checked by a moderator, but you can start to earn visits immediately after registration. If we find your site breaks our rules you will not lose earned visits, because we will block your site, but your account will be active.
   - We don't allow you to register twice, and you can have only one account.
   - When you register a site in the system you should receive bonus visits which can then be spent only on the advertising of the project. We usually give bonus points after checking a site. Bonuses are only given to unique URLs, and we are not giving bonus visits to reflinks, or to sites which are badly designed or give instructions on them like "how to cheat the Spedia".
   - We don't allow you to use any programs which attempt to emulate the activity of a live surfer.
   - We don't guarantee that the system will work with older versions of browsers like IE up to 3.0 and Netscape.
   - When you register at GreenVisits you agree to receive visitors from this traffic exchange system to your site.
   - We allow you to advertise our system in any lawful ways but mind that SPAM is strictly forbidden.
   - GreenVisits reserves the rights to check your sites regularly and surfing practices and we recerve the rights to break off working with any user at any time, without an explanation of the reasons.
   - When you visit sites in the system your browser must have enabled pictures.
   - If we find users who try to cheat our system or our advertisers, we will close their account and transfer their visits to the accounts of the honest users.
   - We are not responsible for the inactivity of the system regardless of reasons, which might bring losses to the user, except when the user purchased visits from system, and in this case the sum of claims will not be higher than than the sum paid by the buyer.
   - We reserve the right to change the current rules without notifying users, but for those users who were registered at the time of the introduction of the changes the old rules will apply during the following 30 days.
   - We ask you for a minimum information when you register, and we don't know your password because it is encoded for security. The only information that we keep on record is your login ID, e-mail address and your site URL(s).
   - GreenVisits has all rights to the name "GreenVisits", and all trade marks, programs, databases, reports and other information submitted to the site http://www.GreenVisits.com

   We accept applications in all languages for participation in the system.

We don't accept sites:

   - With adult content, or those which content appeals to violence rules - it related to hack, warez etc;
   - Which remove frames;
   - Which make any changes to the browser window (for example, change its size);
   - Redirects are not accepted;

   If you break any of the current rules, the system reserves the right to remove your site(s) from the system and also to close the account of the offending site without compensation for any harm caused by this.
